Many people are ready for a shift but they don't know where to begin. What types of food should you eat that matches with your tastes and dietary restrictions. Where should you start with exercise? But also, many people don't have a support system to keep them accountable to themselves for their own personal goals. I provide these three things. I help to empower you to be your best self by partnering up for positive change. As the change occurs you will see a difference in your mood and confidence, This is what drives my passion for this work.
Accountability coaching guides you toward reaching your personal health and wellness goals with a built-in support system available all day, every day. I will help you accept responsibility for your daily choices and actions, encouraging you on a path toward your best self.
I am not a certified or licensed instructor or nutritionist, rather, I am a real person who overcame the same challenges and can relate to you on the common ground of finding and becoming the most fantastic you.
I will provide you with an easy-to-prepare, menu weekly based on foods you enjoy and also give you a weekly grocery list. The weekly menu includes calories and macros.
The menu's rely heavily on meal prep. Meal prep is an important part of staying on track with your healthy diet. When you fail to plan, you plan to fail.
The menu's are vegetarian based but you can always substitute an animal protein for the plant based protein I suggest
You will be required to submit a food journal weekly.
Your nutritional needs may vary or differ from the menu provided and thus the menu can be adjusted to be more conducive to your specific needs.
The menu will be between 1500 - 2000 calories depending on your activity level. This is not a starvation diet and it is not structured for quick weight loss. It is structured for a lifestyle change.
Please note that I am not a Nutritionist or Dietician. Any menu's I provide are suggestions based on what has worked for me and others I have helped achieve their wellness goals. I do not prescribe menu plans as I am not a dietician or doctor.
I will design a workout program and schedule for you which would include sending links to videos of the exercises to do each day I require a minimum of 60 minutes of exercise activity, 5 days a week. This will include cardio and strength training. My workout commitment can be physically demanding. Please get clearance from your physician before signing up.
I will keep you accountable by texting you daily, having a Zoom chat once a week to go over your progress, and I am available 24/7 when temptation or emergencies happen. The zoom chat will include a weekly weigh-in. I've made the scale a part of the program because a weekly weigh-in gets you excited about working towards your goals and helps keep you accountable.
