Three years ago I weighed 314 pounds. When the pandemic started in 2020, I had extra time on my hands like so many Americans. I decided to use that time to improve my health and quality of life.
Over the following year I lost 100+ pounds.
After seeing my progress, my friends and family began asking for my help. I worked with them to become healthier and more balanced. They would often comment that what helped the most was how I kept them accountable.
I am passionate about healthy living and I am excited to help more people make this lifestyle change.
In 2011, I received my Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Spa Management and Wellness Foundations from Arizona State University. While there I took classes in Exercise and Nutrition.
From 2012 - 2014 I studied Strength, Nutrition, and Personal Training at Glendale Community College in Arizona.
I currently live in Texas where I am in my last year of Graduate School.
Please note that I am not a doctor and I do not hold any medical or health certifications I cannot diagnose you or provide medical advice.
I currently eat 2000 calories per day and I am a vegetarian.
I currently exercise for over an hour every day. This includes strength training 5 days per week and cardio 7 days per week.
I am still working towards reaching my goal weight. I am currently losing on average 2 pounds per week.
